Bill Ryan

Bill has spent his career leading change and innovation. As he will attest, great achievement is the result of clear vision and gifted collaborators.

Bill Ryan is a real estate entrepreneur, author, and community builder focused on elevating how—and why—we build.

A Chicago native with deep roots in residential development, Bill’s career has been shaped by a simple but enduring belief: homes and communities are infrastructure for human flourishing.

He began his professional journey in his family’s homebuilding business, Town & Country Homes, where his leadership helped triple sales in three years and led the company to become the first production homebuilder selected for Disney’s Celebration community. That experience, working at the intersection of design, discipline, and community vision, set the foundation for his lifelong work.

Bill went on to found and lead multiple development and real estate ventures, including The Roslin Group, which reimagined mixed-use community design in the Midwest, and Wyndham Development Group, focused on high-quality residential development in Chicago’s northwest suburbs. Across each chapter, his work has centered on aligning market performance with long-term livability, craftsmanship, and purpose.

Today, Bill is the founder and CEO of Epicure Group, a Florida-based real estate platform encompassing Epicure Fine Homes, HOME by Epicure, and Epicure Concierge. Through these brands, he delivers elevated residential experiences grounded in design integrity, service excellence, and community connection.

He is also the founder of The High Performance Home™, a systems-based approach to improving residential quality through tested components, integrated assemblies, and pragmatic innovation: bridging the gap between aspiration and execution in modern housing. Through Molto Imports, Bill curates Italian cabinetry and design solutions that bring material honesty and global perspective to American homes.

Beyond development, Bill writes and speaks on leadership, fulfillment, quality, and the future of housing through his platform TheBillRyan.com, as well as his books and essays exploring what it means to build not just successful projects but meaningful lives.

A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Bill has been recognized by Crain’s Chicago Business as a “40 Under 40” honoree and named a Legend in Residential Marketing by the National Association of Home Builders.

Now based in Palm Beach County, Florida, Bill continues to work at the intersection of design, systems, and human purpose. Building homes, communities, and ideas that endure.
